Refund policy

We want you to love your Luminators purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In original packaging with all included hardware and accessories
  • Free from damage caused after delivery

How to Start a Return
Email us at getintouchluminators@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Do not ship items back before receiving a return authorization — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for funds to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been installed or show signs of use
  • Custom-length or custom-specification orders
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
