Shipping policy

At Luminators, we want your lighting to arrive quickly and in perfect condition.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery Timeframes
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days from the date of shipment. Larger or specialty items — including certain chandeliers, oversized pendant lights, and custom-length pieces — may require up to 10–20 business days. Estimated delivery windows are displayed on each product page where applicable.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may be subject to additional shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Most shipments can be tracked through UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the carrier assigned to your order.

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at getintouchluminators@gmail.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return required for damaged goods.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Luminators is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at getintouchluminators@gmail.com— we can often correct the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
